What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve sales objectives
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key market verticals
Forecast bookings and manage opportunity pipelines effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers
Drive market analysis and identify growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales pursuits
At least 5 years of experience in the data center market
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solutions
Proven leadership skills in coaching and team development
