We are building water solutions that protect public health and infrastructure, and we need a Construction Manager to lead change and drive progress in this mission.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.

Prepare and maintain the Project Management Plan and Construction Management Plan.

Develop, implement, and supervise construction contract administration procedures (document, change, time, cost, quality, and safety management).

Oversee procurement, construction schedules, subcontract scopes, and conduct constructability and value‑engineering reviews.

Administer and observe construction activities, coordinate document management, and review submittals, shop drawings, and pay applications.

Prepare, issue, and negotiate change orders; analyze construction schedules.

Control the project budget and schedule and report on progress, budget, and performance.

Coordinate and manage project QA/QC and inspection services, and ensure subcontractor compliance with the Health and Safety Program.

Prepare and update project schedules, pay requests, and progress reports; maintain project setup and temporary facilities.

Perform additional duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).

Experience with estimating, scheduling, project‑management, and web‑based collaboration software.

Construction‑management experience with wastewater‑treatment plant upgrades.

Experience supervising direct reports and managing a team, including supervisor training.

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies or conflicts.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, covering contracts, documentation, time, cost, and quality control, change management, site safety, and procurement.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction‑management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, and Bluebeam.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with owners, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Sponsorship (visa) for U.S. employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

Location & Compensation United States – Washington (Oslo, Olympia, Seattle, Bellevue, Gig Harbor, Everett).

Compensation range depends on skills, experience, and location: $112,560 – $192,960.
