Job Summary CellSight, the Ocular Stem Cell and Regeneration Research Program, seeks several full‑time postdoctoral fellows to conduct research in retinal biology, stem cell technologies, and regenerative medicine. The funded role focuses on developing novel stem cell–based therapeutics for ocular diseases. No direct patient care is involved. Key responsibilities include designing and executing stem‑cell and organoid experiments, analyzing data, publishing results, and mentoring students and technicians.

Work Location Onsite – Aurora, CO.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with an MD/PhD or PhD in a relevant biomedical science discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with stem cell culture techniques.

Experience with 3D organoid differentiation, especially retinal organoids.

Experience in vision science research.

Strong understanding of retinal degenerative disease pathophysiology.

Expertise in retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptor physiology, including interphotoreceptor matrix.

Expertise in retinal electrophysiology (ERG, ORG).

Experience performing retinal surgeries and postoperative evaluation.

Experience with hydrogel platforms for cell delivery.

Proficiency with cell, developmental, and molecular biology techniques.

A strong record of publications.

Anticipated Pay Range Starting salary range (based on experience): $62,232 – $70,344. Additional compensation includes generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions.
