Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00/hour

Your Role & Leadership Impact As Front of House Supervisor, you are responsible for creating a dining environment that feels welcoming, polished, and dependable—one where every meal is an experience, every interaction matters, and residents feel genuinely cared for and at home.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising dining service to ensure a consistently exceptional resident experience.
Supporting residents and servers throughout meal service, stepping in wherever needed.
Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluating dining team members.
Monitoring performance and making thoughtful recommendations regarding evaluations, merit increases, and corrective actions.
Ensuring the POS system operates accurately and efficiently; training staff and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Upholding proper service etiquette and hospitality standards.
Assigning dining room sections, side work, and ensuring all service stations are fully prepared.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary dining environment at all times.
Actively engaging with residents during meals—building trust, easing transitions, and fostering connection.
Participating in resident orientation and collaborating with other departments to support resident independence and well-being.
Assisting with planning and execution of special events, celebrations, and marketing activities.
What You Bring We’re seeking a hospitality-minded leader who takes pride in both people and process.
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in food service or management preferred
One (1) year of restaurant or similar hospitality experience preferred
One (1) year of supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Comfort working with seniors, including those with cognitive impairment
Ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure, and prioritize effectively
Proficiency with MS Office and standard office equipment
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and Food Handler certifications
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening (including COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of start date)
Compliance with vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines
