What to Expect Tesla Sr. Regional Collision Managers are the leaders of our internal collision centers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, developing team members, managing day-to-day operations, and expanding our field sites to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.

What You'll Do

Our Sr. Regional Collision Managers must deliver excellent results and achieve goals quarter after quarter, month after month, across all aspects of customers, people, operations, strategic direction, and financials

Customer Focused: Our customers are changing the world, and it is your responsibility to exceed their expectations of a world-class customer service experience. We expect you to show energy and enthusiasm by going above and beyond for existing customers and when engaging with new ones. You will actively monitor customer service trends to make improvements and help the team develop standards and processes to continuously elevate the overall experience. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, with a strong ability to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions when facing challenges

People: Our Sr. Regional Collision Managers eliminate barriers. We expect you to lead through others and be fully committed to your team's success while actively supporting their growth and development. We will rely on your coaching and teaching skills to build a team of top talent and mentor the next generation of Tesla collision leaders

Operational Excellence: As a Sr. Regional Collision Manager, you must understand and own every aspect of your region's performance. You will drive continuous improvements to support exceptional team output and customer service by partnering with operations teams on strategic execution. We expect you to champion safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all your actions and decisions across multiple locations

Strategic Direction: Establish the strategy and business plan for your region's overall performance and growth. Evaluate resource needs in different markets and develop new locations

Financials: Sr. Regional Collision Managers are expected to understand our business, know their numbers, and lead the center's daily operations to achieve specific goals in quality, productivity, output, cost, and revenue/margin where applicable

What You'll Bring

10+ years of experience leading a collision center, refurbishment center, service center, or similar operation

5-10+ years of collision technical experience or aptitude preferred

Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity. Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, set and achieve goals, lead group root-cause problem-solving, and develop quick countermeasures

Ability to Travel up to 75% of the time, experienced leading teams remotely

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to interact effectively with customers as needed

Experience with Microsoft Office and understanding of repair estimates

Valid driver's license preferred

Expected Compensation $144,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
