- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other communications.
- Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting purposes.
- Work with Adobe Acrobat to prepare, edit, and manage documents.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle inbound calls and manage inquiries effectively.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with creating newsletters and handling email correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
