What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary owner of all Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) and Proactive Health Check (PHC) best practices
Collaborate with global Customer Experience teams to validate and evolve best practices
Translate customer insights into actionable best-practice recommendations
Maintain a data-driven insight loop to ensure best practices remain current and impactful
Monitor customer adoption and recurring issues to identify areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or business, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of direct customer support and/or release readiness experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments
7+ years of experience in technical program management and project management
Strong technical background with the ability to convey complex technical concepts
Excellent time management and analytical skills with attention to detail

Outstanding problem-solver and relationship-builder
High levels of emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy
Understanding of Data Cloud fundamentals and concepts
Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
