What You’ll Be Doing

Support PMs and Supers on large‑scale multifamily projects (typically $25M–$75M)

Help manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and day‑to‑day project documentation

Coordinate with field staff, design teams, and subcontractors

Assist with procurement, buyouts, scheduling, and owner communications

Learn division processes and prepare for a future step into a PM role

What You Bring

2–5 years of APM or PE experience in commercial or multifamily construction

Familiarity with wood frame, podium, or mixed‑use residential projects

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project tasks

Experience using Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel

A proactive attitude and interest in long‑term career growth
