Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and other necessary documentation.
Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building regulations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Perform regular site inspections and coordinate necessary adjustments.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to the construction process.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction (must be a current APM or PM).
Experience within multifamily is a plus (or ground up projects over $10M).
Willingness to travel 25% or on an as needed basis if a project is out of state.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various construction sites.
PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
