Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions with strong organizational rigor. Partner with department managers and provide executive-level support to the HR Manager to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Write/update and post job descriptions across job boards, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive and strategic sourcing efforts. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules for hiring teams with exceptional attention to detail. Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through organized and timely communication. Prepare and deliver offer letters while supporting seamless hiring transitions. Maintain recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress, recruiting efficiency, and pipeline status for HR leadership. HR Operations & Employee Support

Support new-hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating technology/equipment setup to ensure a smooth and well-organized experience. Maintain employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate monthly employee events and help organize engagement initiatives, internal communications, and cultural programs with strong planning and organizational skills. Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, escalating issues appropriately, and contributing to a positive and well-supported work environment. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities (e.g., EEO, I-9, labor law postings), ensuring consistent accuracy and organization. Participate in HR projects related to process improvement, organizational development, contributing structured project management skills. Qualifications

Associate’s degree. 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a blended HR/TA role. Experience providing executive-level support to an HR Manager or HR leadership team. Familiarity with HR laws, hiring best practices, and HR administrative processes. Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment preferred.
