About the Team This role is within Capital One's Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Marketing Transformation team. ECP is responsible for Capital One's digital customer experiences, including its award‑winning mobile app, its online presence, and its marketing and messaging technology ecosystem. Within ECP, our team has a bold mission to transform the marketing infrastructure for Capital One.
This product leader is responsible for driving the management and delivery of in‑market performance through successful implementation of pilots with our line of business partners. This individual will work with the lines of business to deeply understand business needs and areas of opportunity. This role will then leverage those learnings to create the business and technical requirements needed for our product leads to build our destination MarTech stack, and partner with the lines of business to ensure high‑quality implementation of the prioritized campaigns.

Basic Qualifications
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field)
Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

McLean, VA: $264,300 – $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management New York, NY: $288,400 – $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Richmond, VA: $240,300 – $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
