• Manage full-cycle recruiting including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Support employee relations and maintain accurate employee records
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist expat employees with relocation needs such as housing arrangements
• Partner with leadership to enhance HR processes and support organizational xrczosw goals Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-3 years of HR or recruiting experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with employee relations and benefits administration preferred #INDEC2025
