Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling expense-related tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in executive-level administration support and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CEO calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Organize and support executive meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.
- Assist with expense reconciliation and provide analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Monitor and control expense accounts to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external parties, demonstrating professionalism in communication.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling for senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to arrange and coordinate domestic travel plans.
- Strong skills in managing expense reports, including reconciliation and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
