Description Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership. This crucial role ensures executives can focus on advancing the organization's mission and initiatives by managing daily priorities and coordinating operational activities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive leaders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials for board meetings, donor presentations, and external communications.
- Organize travel logistics, process expense reimbursements, and coordinate event planning efforts.
- Act as a liaison among executives, staff, board members, donors, and community partners, maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
- Maintain confidential files and records, support project tracking, and ensure critical deadlines are met.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative functions as assigned.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, preferably in the nonprofit or mission-driven sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and calendar management tools; experience with donor databases or nonprofit platforms is a plus.
- Discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
