NPAworldwide is hiring: Accounting Manager in Jacksonville

Reporting to the Division Controller, this position titled Accounting Manager will supervise six direct reports based in the US and other markets. The role will work closely with the global accounting team, the FP&A corporate team, the technical accounting & compliance team, sales and marketing as well as collections. Quarterly interactions with external audit partners are also expected.

• You will oversee the revenue and expense accounting for the business unit on a monthly basis, in support of the corporate effort to produce consolidated financial statements. Individuals accustomed to the tightest of reporting deadlines work best in this role.
• Review and provide analysis of monthly statements of income and the balance sheet (division).
• Review and where necessary provide reconciliations and adjusting journal entries based on established policy thresholds and accounting regulatory guidance.
• Direct compliance efforts with company established accounting controls and policies.
• Review and approve contracted termination and damage fees across the business unit for compliance with company policy.
• Assist the corporate FP&A team with variance analysis regarding monthly financial results and in production of sales forecasts.
