- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee the general ledger and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to all financial regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Weekly accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Paycor to manage accounting tasks and streamline workflows.
- Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining detailed records.
- Conduct tuition and accounts receivable tracking and reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure proper balancing of financial accounts.
