Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Jeffersonville, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable operations. Process invoices and ensure proper coding to accounts. - Manage accounts payable transactions, including Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. - Maintain accurate records of payments and vendor accounts. - Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Prepare reports related to accounts payable activities. - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.
