Job Description The Division Manager will lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales activities, achieve business objectives, and manage the departmental budget. This field‑based role is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and execute sales targets with the team to support achieving business objectives.
Manage sales promotion activities.
Recommend product modifications or improvements to the product line and provide input for product development to anticipate customer needs.
Execute sales processes, including business plans, contract strategy, execution, and pricing models.
Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet sales quotas for our products.
Coach the sales team on the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive manner that leads the customer to action.
Manage the divisional budget and communicate budgetary limits to the sales team.
Facilitate the attraction, hiring, and motivation of sales staff.
Coach and mentor subordinates and appraise their performance.
Handle customer product questions and objections consistently with the sales training methodology.
Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
Ensure that subordinates follow all company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all necessary resources are available and in good condition.
Ensure personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Typically oversee a team managing an average of $20M‑$30M in sales year‑over‑year.
Experience and Education
6 years of total work experience required.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Sales or marketing management experience.
Sales experience with documented history of sales success in a medical device sales environment.
Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and/or experience calling on plastic surgeons.
Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong business insight and analytical skills.
Presentation skills.
Ability to travel overnight and/or on weekends, approximately 75%.
Valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record required.

Holiday pay, including floating holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.
Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Salary Base pay range: $114,000 – $182,850 per year. The position is eligible for a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program.
