Assistant Operations Manager – Housekeeping (TEMPORARY POSITION)
Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. This role assists in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning, for our two‑tower, 1200+ room property. It requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies, safety and security policies, and experience with turndown service and special client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in managing housekeeping operations across public areas and night cleaning.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hotel standards.
Support staff training, development, and scheduling.
Promote an engaging workplace that upholds Hyatt values and drives guest satisfaction.
Salary range: $66,000 – $74,100 per year.

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
Experience with collective bargaining agreements.
