Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to support the leader of their Chicago office. This role requires proven experience supporting senior leadership, operating with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, and thriving in an extremely fast‑paced environment. The position is five days on‑site in their downtown office.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑level administrative support to the Leader, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence

Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries

Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for board meetings, investor updates, and internal communications

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion

About You

5+ years of relevant executive assistant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, SharePoint, and Salesforce

Exceptionally organized with precise attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Flexibility to be available on weekends and after hours when required
