Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

We're seeking a highly organized

Executive/Personal Assistant

to provide support to senior leadership. This role combines traditional executive support with select personal assistance responsibilities, requiring discretion, flexibility, and exceptional attention to detail. The role offers a hybrid‑friendly schedule based in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Travel Management:

Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Executive Preparation:

Ensure executives are ready for daily priorities, meetings, and events.

Personal Assistance:

Arrange personal travel and accommodations.

Schedule family appointments and manage insurance needs.

Organize special events, dinners, and reservations.

Purchase gifts and tickets for personal occasions.

Handle ad hoc personal requests with confidentiality.

Administrative Support:

Prepare presentations, manage expense reports, and maintain contact lists.

Event Coordination:

Assist with company events and provide backup office support when needed.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment within professional services.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Strong judgment, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.

Comfortable managing both business and personal tasks discreetly.

Flexible availability as needed.
