Overview The Senior Designer, Marketing & Brand Experience serves as a key contributor and strategic partner within the marketing organization. This role is accountable for advancing Lakeview’s visual identity through high-quality creative development, multidisciplinary design leadership, and the delivery of effective, business-aligned visual communication. The Senior Designer leads the creation and evolution of multi-channel design strategies that support organizational priorities, enhance customer understanding, and reinforce Lakeview’s brand standards.

Working closely with and reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Senior Designer provides strategic guidance throughout the creative lifecycle, ensuring that all visual output is cohesive, accurate, compliant, and aligned with defined business objectives. The role actively contributes to process improvement, strengthens design quality across channels, and supports the development of junior design talent through informal leadership and mentorship. This position requires strong design expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while consistently delivering elevated, reliable creative solutions.

This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $105,000, plus an annual bonus. You'll also receive our excellent benefits package, which includes medical coverage starting on day one and a company-matched 401(k).

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of multi-channel creative strategies that support enterprise and marketing initiatives.

Define creative direction for campaigns, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and alignment with brand and regulatory requirements.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advise on visual strategy for new programs, product launches, and communication needs.

Translate business goals and marketing objectives into effective, audience-centered design solutions.

Serve as a creative lead on project teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met with a high standard of quality.

Provide informal leadership and mentorship to junior designers to support skill development and team effectiveness.

Present creative concepts, strategies, and recommendations to leadership and project partners with clarity and professionalism.

Lead efforts to improve design processes, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

Contribute to elevating brand standards by reinforcing best practices and ensuring all assets meet accessibility, compliance, and quality requirements.

Produce high-quality assets for direct mail, email, digital channels, print collateral, sub-servicer communications, and internal presentations.

Maintain and evolve Lakeview’s brand system to support strategic alignment across touchpoints.

Prepare print-ready and web-ready materials that meet production specifications and technical requirements.

Support executive and internal communications through the creation of clear, well-structured visual materials.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining strong communication with partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.

Minimum 5 years of professional design experience within an in-house marketing team, creative agency, or brand organization.

Experience within financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; proficiency in Figma and Canva.

Experience preparing assets for email marketing platforms, including Constant Contact and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Demonstrated ability to lead creative direction and contribute strategically to cross-functional initiatives.

Ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, effective visual communication.

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated commitment to producing accurate, high-quality, brand-aligned work.
