role. Salary ranges: $100.00/hr – $100.00/hr. Base pay range: $100/hr. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with weekly payments. The compensation level is $100 USD per hour, equating to $200,000 USD per year (40 hours/week * 50 weeks/year). Location: On-site positions in the following locations. Relocation support provided. Local travel required. Leading families toward an entirely new approach to education resonates as a mission. This role places you at the center of that transformation. Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete parent journey—from initial contact to sustained engagement—at a single campus. Deliver persuasive information sessions and personalized discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters. Act as the central parent liaison—addressing questions, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family experiences consistent support once enrolled at Alpha. Establish credibility and presence through consistent on-site availability, community partnerships, and targeted engagement. Mobilize parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community reach. Lead enrollment growth and retention at your assigned campus by cultivating high-trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and advocacy. What You Won’t Be Doing
Using formulaic sales approaches or impersonal communication methods. Assigning relationship development to campus personnel or assuming a secondary position. Allowing organized parent coalitions to undermine or compromise Alpha's educational approach. Operating remotely—this position is fully integrated into the parent and community experience. Requirements
Currently live in commuting range or willing to relocate to one of the listed campuses. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. 5+ years of experience engaging families in educational recruitment or outreach. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated capacity to build trust and influence complex decision-making. Strong conviction in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation educational model. Working with Us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) contract position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
