If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates as your mission, this position places you at the forefront of that transformation.

Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academic content in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. The remainder of their day is devoted to real-world competencies—public speaking, critical analysis, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated mastery and performance outcomes in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different family partnership—and that is your mandate.

You will serve as the principal representative of your campus, spearheading enrollment growth, trust cultivation, and family advocacy. You'll facilitate high-impact information sessions, establish meaningful community connections, and translate interest into sustained waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond acquisition. You will be the primary resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—managing questions, strengthening loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal ambassadors for the model.

This is a high-accountability, high-independence position with tangible performance expectations. You'll be stationed at a single campus, present on-site the majority of the time, generating measurable results—not merely executing predetermined protocols. If you hold that traditional schooling is underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
