Key Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager
Proven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets, overseeing the full lifecycle from ingestion and review to approval, handoff, and archiving
Proficient in tools, trackers, and file storage systems such as Quip, Box, iCloud, DAM systems, and applications like Adobe Photoshop
Hands‑on experience with raster images, vector graphics, video files, and audio files
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively
Skilled in assessing assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative alignment
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast‑paced environments
Adaptable and thrives in dynamic, rapidly changing settings
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self‑motivated, resourceful, and results‑driven with a creative problem‑solving mindset
Strong collaboration skills with a history of successful cross‑functional partnerships
Deep understanding and passion for technology and the breadth of Apps & Games on the App Store
Description You’ll be joining a dynamic digital production environment and will oversee the intake and approval of hundreds of developer assets submitted for promotional use on the iPhone, iPad, Watch, TV, Mac and our Vision Pro App Stores every month.
The Promotional Art Team is a key partner in the App Store ecosystem, and works closely with Design, Editorial, Project Management, Production, Business Affairs, Business Management, and Marketing teams to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions to our customers.
The Digital Asset Manager will oversee the developer asset lifecycle from asset request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving.
This role is for someone who has a proven track record of asset management and cross‑functional teamwork and exercises the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality. You should operate with urgency, but without a sense of panic and be familiar with the speed at which design and creative agencies work.
Education BA/BS preferred
