Contract
Pay Range: – $45/hr. to $48/hr. on W2
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Asset Manager to support creative content production within a fast-paced digital environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing large volumes of creative assets, collaborating across teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and compliance.
You will play a critical role in overseeing the full lifecycle of creative assets used for digital promotions across multiple platforms and devices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working at the speed of modern creative and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of creative assets, from intake and review through approval, handoff, and archiving
Oversee the processing of hundreds of developer-submitted assets each month for promotional use across multiple digital platforms
Assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative alignment
Coordinate closely with Design, Editorial, Production, Project Management, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery
Track asset status, approvals, and revisions using digital tools and asset management systems
Maintain accurate records, version control, and organized file structures
Ensure assets meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule in a fast-moving environment
Handle confidential materials with the highest level of professionalism
Adapt workflows as priorities shift and new requirements emerge
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management or a related role
Proven experience managing large volumes of creative assets across multiple formats
Hands-on experience with raster images, vector graphics, video files, and audio files
Proficiency with digital tools and file storage systems such as DAM platforms, Quip, Box, Cloud, and Adobe Photoshop
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
Strong interest in technology, apps, and digital content ecosystems
