Digital Asset Manager (remote PST hours)

Summary This role supports a large-scale digital marketplace by managing creative asset workflows that power customer-facing promotions across multiple platforms. The Digital Asset Manager plays a critical role in ensuring creative assets move efficiently through intake, review, approval, and delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and organizational standards.
Our Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in digital asset management or creative operations
Passion for digital media, technology, and creative production
Proficient in asset management tools, file storage platforms, and creative software (e.g., DAM systems, cloud storage tools, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong understanding of managing raster images, vector graphics, video, and audio assets
Familiar with creative production workflows and approval processes
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, production, and marketing
Able to work independently and manage high volumes of assets simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a professional and confidential approach
Job Description In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative assets submitted for promotional use across multiple digital platforms and devices. You’ll partner with design, editorial, production, project management, and marketing teams to coordinate reviews, approvals, handoffs, and archiving of assets.
This includes managing asset intake, tracking status, ensuring policy and technical compliance, and supporting ongoing creative production needs. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the overall success of the creative ecosystem.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital asset management, creative operations, production, or related disciplines
Experience working with creative teams or agencies in high-volume environments
Additional Requirements This opportunity is remote, with preference for candidates local to Cupertino, CA.
This is a W-2 contract position for a 5-month duration.
The pay for this W-2 position is $48.50 per hour.
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
