Qualifications and Experience

15–20 years of experience as a SAP PP/MES consultant.

Expert in configuration of SAP PP/PEO/QM modules; knowledge of product rework/rework from stock and MRO processes.

Industry experience in aerospace & defense or automobile is a plus.

Exposure to FIORI applications and S4HANA is preferred.

Hands‑on experience with PP‑MM, PP‑QM integration; complex assembly manufacturing preferred.

Capability to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and guide ABAP developers with business acumen.

Ability to abstract business requirements into development items.

At least 2–3 SAP implementation projects in production planning and quality modules.

Knowledge of Parameter Unit Effectivity is advantageous (aircraft build).

Hands‑on experience with material requirement planning, project stock, WBS elements.

Theoretical knowledge of SAP project systems (network orders, WBS elements & PP‑PS integration via MA/IK).

Results‑oriented mindset with a can‑do attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
