What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead integration workstream for assigned accounts, ensuring effective execution of Workday AMS methodologies
Collaborate with offshore teams on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
Provide on‑call support and holiday coverage as needed
Mentor and guide a team of Workday consultants, sharing best practices and product knowledge
Analyze business requirements through sessions with customers, delivering solutions to complex problems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Applications and client‑facing roles within a managed services global delivery model
At least 5 years of experience specifically in Workday Integrations
Workday certification is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask

Expert‑level understanding of Workday Integrations
Demonstrated experience in estimation and proposal contributions for new projects
Proven leadership skills in driving team performance and service improvements
