What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead integration workstream for assigned accounts and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
Collaborate with offshore teams on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and propose solutions to complex problems
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to asset and tools development for the practice
Drive service improvements and value additions while executing day-to-day activities of Workday Integration projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Applications portfolio and at least 5 years in client-facing roles handling managed services
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations with expert-level understanding
Certification in Workday Integrations & Workday Studio is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Workday certification is preferred
Experience in a global delivery model
Ability to multitask and perform a variety of duties effectively
Proven track record of driving service improvements and value additions
Experience mentoring and sharing product knowledge with team members
