Contract Specialist

Talent Acquisition Executive | Talent Acquisition Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1‑3 years of general contract experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software (MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP). Strong organizational skills, independent decision‑making ability, and a general understanding of commercial contracting processes (strategy, pricing, billing, invoicing, product technology, quoting, policy development) are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement)

1‑3 years of general contract experience

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP)

Strong organizational skills (must be highly organized and detail-oriented)

The ability to manage complex tasks and make independent recommendations

A general understanding of a commercial contracting process, including contract strategy development, pricing, billing, invoicing, product technology, quoting, and policy development

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
