About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to handle full‑cycle recruitment for NewsBreak. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talents, also work collaboratively with recruiters from other offices. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation for all levels of candidates.
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for engineers, product managers and designers, and other business functions, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
Run searches and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn, AngelList, Google Search Engine, GitHub, and other platforms
Work closely with third‑party agencies to screen candidates and conduct first‑round phone interviews
Drive the offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data‑centric updates with internal stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related fields
At least 1‑3 years full‑cycle technical recruiting experience in IT/Media industry
Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools (Workable, Excel, etc.)
Proven track record of recruiting talents from top‑tier tech companies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with cross‑regional teams
Self‑motivated, proactive, result‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with both in‑house and third‑party recruiting agencies
Experience recruiting for fast‑growing startup companies
Experience working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, diverse environment
