Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Enrolled Agent or CPA to join our team for the upcoming tax season. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax preparation, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of IRS guidelines.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information.
• Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients.
• Timely Communication with clients to address questions and concerns regarding their tax situations.
• Stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain CPA or Enrolled Agent License

Requirements:
• Enrolled Agent or CPA license required.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation.
• Proficiency in Lacerte tax preparation software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work extended hours during peak tax season.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $56.00 per hour
