About the Organization Seeking an HR Administrator:

• They are focused on education for one underserved group of students from birth to adulthood
• Founded over 50 years ago, they are one of the largest providers of education for this population
• They operate over 125 locations across the US

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator :

• Tracking employee training completion in the organization's learning management system
• Entering additional data where necessary
• Verifying information against training platforms
• Creating reports using Excel pivot tables and monitoring problem areas
• Coordinating with department managers to record training needs
• Working with the Learning & Development Manager to complete reports to participate in xrczosw projects as needed

Background Expected of the HR Administrator :

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Eloomi/Dayforce
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables

Salary Range, depending on experience:
$60,000 - 75,000
