Duties & Responsibilities
Perform analytical functions for the California Radio Interoperable System program, including developing processes and procedures.
Conduct customer service with external customers and prepare presentations, memoranda of understanding, and budget change proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to support program objectives and ensure accurate data reporting.
Qualifications
Knowledge of data collection techniques for research and tracking activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
