Business Solution Analyst
for a
Contract
with a client in
Santa Clara, CA . Candidate must have proven experience in requirements gathering and managing end‑to‑end legal tech projects, including CLM systems and process improvements.
Rate Range:
$70/hour to $75/hour; negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Solution Analyst Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Legal Operations and IT teams or technology vendors to ensure seamless communication and solution delivery.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new legal technology implementations or system enhancements.
Drive process improvements within legal operations, with experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and exposure to Salesforce as a strong advantage.
Manage or support the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including UAT, training, and implementation.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards; experience with Tableau is a plus.
Serve as a subject matter expert for key legal applications and provide ongoing system support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience in business analysis or legal technology solutions.
Hands‑on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and exposure to Salesforce.
Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process improvement, and project management within legal operations.

Pay Details:
$70.00 to $75.00 per hour
