Akkodis is seeking a D365 Functional Consultant for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Hybrid). You will drive end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations by leading discovery sessions and configuring business processes.
Rate Range $53/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions with clients to analyze current business processes and map requirements into D365 Finance & Operations.
Configure and set up new entities, reporting ledgers, and business processes within D365 F&O to meet client specifications.
Perform data conversions for key elements such as invoices, POs, production orders, suppliers, and customers, ensuring accuracy and validation with business teams.
Create functional and configuration documentation, develop test scenarios, and lead SIT and UAT phases to ensure successful implementation.
Conduct CRP sessions, deliver demos, and provide training materials and hands-on user training for incremental functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize Microsoft technologies (LCS, BPM, VSTS, PowerApps, Office 365) to support implementation and ongoing client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SaaS ERP implementation experience (preferably Finance).
Advanced experience in Manufacturing industry and strong project implementation skills (planning, data conversion, module setups, training, UAT).
Proven ability to lead requirement gathering, design, configurations, and CRP phases independently, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
