Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Transactional Attorney with at least three years of relevant experience to support a growing transactional practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sophisticated clients across a wide range of industries on complex and strategic business matters.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including asset and stock purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and other general commercial contracts
Advise clients on entity formation, governance, restructuring, and day-to-day corporate matters
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and closing activities
Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions
Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, responsive counsel
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Active license and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and/or commercial transactional matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
