Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Data Analyst for the School of Engineering. Among the key duties of the position are the following:

Facility modeling with 3D imaging data and building information modeling tools.

Geospatial data processing.

Lidar data collection and processing.

Works on developing, building information models from laser scan data, writing model specifications, and collaborates with other researchers on tasks related to crowd simulation and exploration of what-if scenarios.

Writes progress reports, makes presentations, and sometimes travels to collect data.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, architectural engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Five years experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role.

Certifications/Licenses

Valid driver's license.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good skills with modeling programs such as Revit, Rhino, and/or Unity 3D.
