Executive Director Recruitment - Helping organisations build exceptional teams Are you an experienced HR leader ready to drive transformation in a global professional services environment? We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and key member of the leadership team, enabling people strategy and delivering impactful change based in New York.

This role is pivotal in shaping organisational design, supporting M&A activity, and leading through transformation. You'll bring a commercial mindset and the ability to elevate the strategic capability of the HR Business Partnering team.

What you'll do

Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives, partnering with HR Centres of Excellence and business leaders.

Lead on critical areas including M&A, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Support organisational change and transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Set frameworks for cyclical HR activities and embed DE&I initiatives across all people strategies.

Use data‑driven insights to influence decision‑making and deliver measurable impact.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, global matrix organisation.

Strong exposure to M&A, organisational change, and transformation projects.

Commercial, pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.

Exceptional influencing and communication skills with the ability to operate at senior leadership level.
