++Minimum Qualifications++
8+ years in software testing/development, with 4+ years on ServiceNow platform.
Expertise in one of the tools – ATF, Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI.
Hands‑on proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Scripts, Integration Hub).
Experience across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, CSDM, Discovery, Event Management.
Strong knowledge of upgrade lifecycle, patch testing, and defect management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
Skilled in test management/defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM, Discovery, Event Mgmt.), ITIL v3/v4.
