Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy and treatment planning using a time-limited treatment approach
Provide cross-coverage support, as needed, for
PHP, IOP, and addiction services
Initial assessments, Intakes
Group therapy services
Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care team members
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and program activities
Practice within DBH and TJC-accredited program standards

Qualifications
Must have active DC licensure required at time of hire (LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, or equivalent)
Maryland and Virginia licensure strongly preferred
Willingness to obtain MD and VA licensure within the first year of employment (company supported)
Prior outpatient behavioral health experience
Comfort with short-term treatment models and interdisciplinary collaboration
Familiarity with working within a healthcare setting and hospital setting
