Scrum Master

Base pay range $80,000 – $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Establish and enforce Agile delivery methodology in a SAFe Agile environment.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Maintain scrum boards, ensuring they are up‑to‑date and that team members keep them updated.
Ensure stories are properly decomposed into manageable tasks, identify impediments promptly, and prevent abnormal time overruns.
Create, maintain, and adhere to project plans and progress reports.
Manage internal and external project timelines and assist in evaluating and prioritizing development stories, epics, and sprints.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand items for each sprint, expedite approvals, and remove roadblocks.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in an Agile DoD environment.
Strong experience as a Scrum Master on an Agile Scrum team or leading diversified software development teams.
Experience in software integration or other IT‑related projects.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or 5+ years of experience supporting IT/IS systems in a DoD environment.
Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
