Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their client's team. This role is pivotal in strengthening the market position and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and partners to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction while meeting company goals.

Responsibilities

Market Development:

Build and strengthen UTY's market position through communication with customers and partners. Develop and implement sales strategies, pursue new business, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.

Sales & Customer Support:

Present product information, coordinate customer projects, manage product changes, and resolve technical and engineering issues to achieve design wins and maintain strong customer relationships.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide management with sales data, forecasts, and market insights. Report sales activities, opportunities, and competitor information regularly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with design, technical service, manufacturing, distributors, and sales reps to ensure timely responses and effective communication with customers.

Quoting & Forecasting:

Prepare quotes, forecasts, and monthly reports on sales expansion and reference design activities. Ensure compliance with pricing policies and accurate quote management.

Customer & Global Relations:

Maintain regular communication with customers and TY Global counterparts, sharing visit reports and coordinating worldwide sales efforts.

Training & Promotion:

Conduct product and sales training for employees, customers, and partners. Support new product introductions and marketing initiatives.

Goals & Performance:

Achieve assigned sales targets and financial objectives. Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge of electronic engineering and OEM products

Strong sales, communication, and project management skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
