Taking full ownership of the parent relationship lifecycle—from initial inquiry through sustained engagement—for a single campus. Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated advocates. Acting as the principal point of contact for parents—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family experiences support and validation after enrolling at Alpha. Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on‑site engagement, strategic local partnerships, and targeted community outreach. Mobilizing parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence. What You Won’t Be Doing

Relying on formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach methods. Transferring relationship‑building responsibilities to campus personnel or adopting a passive posture. Allowing organized parent coalitions to compromise or reshape Alpha's core educational philosophy. Operating from a desk—this position requires deep immersion in the parent journey and community presence. Key Responsibilities

Lead enrollment growth and retention at your assigned campus by managing high‑trust parent relationships from initial contact through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy. Basic Requirements

Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Brownsville, TX; Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of experience working with families in educational outreach or enrollment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated capacity to build trust and influence complex decision‑making. Strong conviction in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model. About Alpha

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
