Base pay range $100.00/hr - $100.00/hr
Location Note This position is on‑site at one of the campuses listed below, with local travel required. Relocation support is provided.
If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with you, this role places you at the forefront of that transformation.
Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of their time is dedicated to practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures or unnecessary assignments.
The result is accelerated mastery and top 1 % performance nationally. This model requires a fundamentally different approach to family partnership—and you will be responsible for building it.
You will serve as the public face of your campus, driving enrollment growth, trust development, and active advocacy. You’ll facilitate high‑impact information sessions, cultivate strong community relationships, and guide interest into waitlist conversion.
Your scope extends beyond recruitment. You will also function as the primary liaison for families throughout their time at Alpha—managing concerns, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This is a high‑responsibility, high‑autonomy position with measurable expectations. You will be based at a single campus, on‑site the majority of the time, delivering tangible results—not simply executing a playbook.
If you are convinced that conventional schooling is underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
