Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and hands‑on experience managing all phases of litigation. This attorney will play a key role in handling complex disputes and providing counsel to business clients.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in CA
2–7 years of Business Litigation experience as a practicing attorney
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
