PE transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments
Joint ventures and complex structuring
Drafting and negotiating core transactional documents
Managing deals from LOI to closing
Cross-office collaboration on national matters
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
2–4 years corporate transactional experience
Hands-on PE deal exposure and drafting experience
JD with strong academic credentials
Texas Bar (or ability to waive in)
Nice-to-Haves
Minority investments or JV structuring
Experience from Big Law or strong regional competitor
Ties to Houston or interest in relocating
