What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves
2–4 years corporate transactional experience
Hands‑on PE deal exposure and drafting experience
JD with strong academic credentials
Texas Bar (or ability to waive in)
Nice‑to‑Haves
Minority investments or JV structuring
Experience Law or strong regional competitor
Ties to Houston or interest in relocating
