Job Description Under the guidance of an Executive Director, within the Value and Implementation (V&I) Outcomes Research Pneumococcal Vaccines team, the incumbent has the following responsibilities:
Development of the integrated evidence strategy to support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) / reimbursement / National Immunization Technical Advisory Groups (NITAG) evaluations.
Development of overall Real World evidence strategies for pneumococcal vaccines on a worldwide basis.
Implementation of Outcomes Research (OR) and Real World evidence programs to meet the value evidence needs of payers, advisory committees, health systems, and clinicians.
Critically assess drivers and barriers to reimbursement and market access and identify value evidence needs.
Create integrated HTA/OR strategies and generate evidence for HTA/reimbursement purposes.
Develop and evaluate health programs leveraging parts of health care systems to enhance value and use of our company’s products.
Implement programs documenting the burden and cost of diseases, unmet medical need, patient‑reported outcomes (PRO), and value of drug therapy worldwide to support pricing and reimbursement.
Develop value evidence deliverables (e.g., global value dossier, health economic evaluations) and adapt them for country‑specific data.
Work with Value team members to develop OR plans for in‑line and developmental products based on regulatory, marketing and reimbursement environments worldwide.
Write, coordinate, and validate study designs, protocols, measurement questionnaires, case report forms, data analysis plans, and final reports/publications.
Support affiliates to adapt health economic evaluations, customize OR documents, and develop worldwide and local templates.
Communicate OR findings/value evidence across departments and to external customers.
Maintain awareness of scientific developments and communicate with key outcomes research opinion leaders.
Build relationships with health economic and outcomes research experts worldwide.
Provide scientific oversight and mentorship to junior team members.
Present research plans and results to internal review and governance committees, external experts, agencies, and at scientific conferences.
Publish independent scientific research in major journals and serve as a peer reviewer.
Qualifications
In‑depth understanding of HTA/reimbursement and market access needs in key global markets.
3+ years post‑PhD or 5+ years post‑Master’s in health economics, outcomes research, market access, HTA or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing epidemiological or health economic studies.
Track record of scientific presentations and publications.
Creative problem‑solving and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Willing to travel (up to 10% of the time). Fluent spoken and written English.

Benefits and Salary Salary range: $153,800.00 – $242,200.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days.
Work Arrangement Hybrid: three total days on‑site per week (Monday‑Thursday). Remote work on Friday unless business critical tasks require on‑site presence. This arrangement does not apply to field‑based, facility‑based, manufacturing‑based, or research‑based positions.
